Child Custody
CIIS utilizes discreet surveillance to monitor and document activities of another while a child is in their custodial care. We have the ability to expose alcoholism, drug abuse by a parent or guardian, unhealthy environment, endangerment, violation of court orders or any inappropriate behavior of a primary care giver or persons who may be in direct contact with a child. All information is carefully documented and prepared for submission to the court. The results of our investigations have often been a basis for establishing custody, no contact or supervised visitation.
Cohabitation/Spousal Support
Reduction/elimination of spousal support usually requires proof of cohabitation with another person analogous to marriage. We can discreetly surveil the activities to obtain proof of cohabitation and further investigate to determine the length of time the parties have cohabitated. Sometimes a spouse/ex-spouse may have other changes in circumstances that may be a basis for modifying support. Information and evidence is assembled in a detailed report for submission to the court and we are always prepared to testify to the facts at deposition or in court when necessary.

We provide background checks of employees to assist employers in meeting or exceeding their goals in hiring. We have the capability to conduct internal and external investigation for drug use, internal theft/fraud or sexual harassment.
Criminal Cases
We can identify, locate and interview witnesses and develop new witnesses and information. We gather information, provide quality video and photograph evidence that is strictly maintained and meticulously assembled into a report appropriate for presentation at trial. We do not actively seek nor do we accept court appointed cases.
Divorce
We have the capability to discreetly gather information and evidence of adultery/infidelity as well as a spouse’s other activities that may establish grounds for divorce. The information/evidence obtained along with quality video/ photo is documented and carefully assembled into a professional report for submission to a court of law.
Infidelity
We employ very discreet surveillance techniques to monitor the activities of a spouse or significant other and identify the paramour as well as other information required in the event the individual should become part of a litigation process. You may feel you can catch the infidelity yourself and while it may be true that you can document some of the signs yourself when you must confront your partner face to face or in a court of law you will need documented proof and an unbiased, factual witness to support your allegations. Finding a partner through internet dating can be very perilous because every element is on the internet. Among the nice people on the internet are con artists who go after money and assets and worse, rapists and murderers. Phony photos and bogus information can be easily used to rope in an unsuspecting person. We can verify identity, date of birth, find criminal records and verify other information given by internet partners.

We understand that jury selection investigations are highly time sensitive. We have the experience and are capable of working quickly, quietly and thoroughly to gather the information needed. People Locates
We locate witnesses, find debtors for recovery, runaways and military UA personnel. We suggest that you contact the authorities for missing persons and runaways. The key element to finding missing persons and runaways is time. Missing person reports will be accepted only after a certain amount of time has lapsed (24 hours if over the age of 13). Amber Alert IS NOT for use with runaways. The first 48 hours are the most critical. We have experience in finding runaways and missing persons and the capability to work around the clock.
Personal Injury
We obtain accident reports, locate and interview witnesses and take quality photographs. We have the capability to covertly monitor the activities of claimants in a personal injury law suit.

Police require evidence in order to charge an offender with stalking. You do not have control of a stalker and cannot predict when a stalker will be watching/following you.
